Are pets allowed?
Sorry, we do not currently accommodate pets in any of our listings.
Is there a damage deposit?
Yes, each rental is charged a modest damage deposit that is returned to the renter within 48 hours of checkout if there are no damages.
What is the maximum number of guests?
Each listing has a different maximum between 10-12 guests.
Will there be a rental agreement that I have to sign? ​
Yes, there is a rental agreement that you must state your agreement with before we accept your reservation.
Why are the rates so different on different days?
Our rates are set by some fancy software algorithmical black magic mumbo-jumbo that checks for the demand looking at things like Google searches for travel and open rooms in the area and sets price based on overall demand.
Do you have any discounts?
We do offer a 10% on bookings of 7 days or more. If you want the cheapest possible stay, check with us in January and February, which is our off season.
I see you aren't booked this weekend. Can we stay for (fill in the blank) amount since it is last minute and you probably won't book it?

Of course, but by booking direct you will save almost 20% what you'd pay for the same properties on Airbnb/VRBO.
